Consumers typically spend 10-30 seconds in front of a section of shelf. What should be on that shelf to help the shopper find what they need?
This is the challenge for the Global Sales Director – Perfect Stores. You will lead a global team focusing on a customer and channel growth strategy, you will set then execute the Perfect Store Program which will focus on Availability, Visibility Display and Value. You’ll own the in-store standards that optimise offline retail sales and delight customers.
You will build, inspire and strengthening the talent around you. You’ll drive revenue and market share. You’ll identify new markets and create lasting growth. In other words, the targets you hit won’t be the only impact you make.
We need game changers for this one, people not afraid to try and fail and try again. A working expertise in perfect store, trade marketing or MS&P will set you up well for this challenging yet hugely rewarding opportunity.
This role is just the beginning, a fantastic landing role, opening up a world of opportunity with a market leading consumer goods business.
