However, it also means I have been around the block and seen a thing or 2. The industry has changed dramatically over the last 17 or so years in mostly good ways. However there are still a few bad practices that persist.
So when Mike Winnet gave me the opportunity to be on the the Habitz podcast to offer up my tips for hiring managers and recruiters both internal and external I jumped at the chance.
After speaking to thousands of people over the years, there’s a couple of good habits you need to get into, and bad habits you really need to get out of, that I’d like to share with everyone.
