I started in recruitment nearly 5 years ago after finishing university. Had no idea on what I wanted to really do (cliché), but I had a background in sales and thought it matched quite well. I trained with an FMCG recruiter in Wakefield for 3 years, recruiting primarily commercial & national account managers. I then switched to a regionally focused accountancy & finance specialist in Leeds but have missed the variety & buzz of FMCG, hence joining the team at Logical.
